How to Order

You may use our secure online ordering system 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

If you prefer to place your order by phone, please call us at 1-866-951-9100, 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

If you are unable to place an order during the week, you may send us an email at service@cymbionllc.com. Let us know a date and time that works for you, and we will call you to complete your order. As always, your information will remain confidential and will not be sold to a third party or used for marketing purposes.

Currency

All prices are given in U.S. dollars. Our secure payment processor will only accept payment in U.S. dollars.

Shipping Policy

Standard ground shipping is free of charge to residential addresses within the contiguous U.S. Transit time is typically 1 to 5 business days.

For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international orders, please call or email customer service (see "How to Order", above) for a shipping quotation before placing your order through the website. Alcohol-based sanitizer is a regulated material for shipping purposes, and there may be additional shipping and customs fees from our carrier depending on the destination.

The normal lead time for orders is one business day. If your order is placed before 12:00pm Eastern time, we may be able to ship your order the same day. We make every effort to ensure you will receive your order as soon as possible.

Warranty/Returns

We guarantee our products to be free from defects of workmanship and to perform as described when used according to label directions. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request further action. Your complete satisfaction is important to us.
